Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but may be able to offer an exchange up to 60 days. Please first email before returning any item. Items returned without prior approval and that do not qualify for a refund or exchange will only be returned by recorded delivery at your cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by email or post. We may be able to locate this for you with details of the purchase such as your name, the item, the date and the shipping address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage paid for returned unwanted returned items within the 30 day period and returned exchanges within the 60 day period will have to pay additional postage if applicable. If you claim to have a faulty item within 30 days, we will organise a collection of the item, inspect the item and if found to be faulty endeavour to replace the item as fast as possible. Please see the Faulty Items section below for further information. In some instances with severe customer dissatisfaction or if there is no suitable replacement item we will process a full refund including the postage you have paid.

If a refund is approved for returns within 30 days, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank, or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods, oils, liquids, creams, balms, seeds, papers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, coils, batteries, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, original box, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.



We must be notified within 7 days receipt of the package for any damaged items. We will ask for proof of damage in the form of a photograph. If the damage is severe we will organise to collect the item from you, or kindly ask to dispose of the item and we will send out a replacement. If the damage is minor such as a scratch or chip and you the customer is happy to keep the item we will offer a partial refund or send out an additional gifted item as a gesture of good will.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us agian at and we will follow this up from our end.


Sale and Clearance items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Faulty items covered under 1 year warranty (After 30 days):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We may need to return the item(s) to our suppliers or the manufacturer for further inspection, which may take 7-14 days to sign off the fault. If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturers fault then we can begin an exchange process. If the item is found to be damaged by liquid / accidental damage or other means other than a manufacturing fault then we will give you the option to have the item resent by recorded delivery at your cost or in some instances may be able to provide a quotation for a repair. In most instances we will be able to exchange it for the same item if available or alternatively a similar item will be offered. If there is no suitable replacement or outcome then a refund will be processed for the item only at our current retail value.




If you are shipping back an item over £30, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so there is a guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not liable for any goods lost in transit sent back to us and your claim will then lie with your chosen shipping company.
