UK Shipping Information:

⚠️ SEASONAL DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES ARE POSSIBLE ⚠️

Orders confirmed and paid before 4pm Monday-Friday are usually despatched the same day. Final despatch at 5pm. We cannot guarantee same day despatch after 4pm and orders will be despatched the following day. Express and Premium delivery orders are prioritised.

Orders confirmed and paid before 10am Saturday are usually despatched on Saturday. Final despatch at 11am. After this time orders are despatched the next day, usually on Monday. No despatch on Bank Holidays, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter. Christmas Eve and NYE final despatch 11am.

Royal Mail deliver parcels Monday-Saturday, and occasionally on Sunday. Bank Holidays and Sundays are not counted as working days.

We send parcels to all UK destinations. We do not ship outside of the UK.

Shipping rates include processing and packaging costs.

Delivery Holidays:

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are delivery holidays and we are closed. Jan 2nd is also a public holiday in Scotland. Please allow extra time for deliveries and for us to answer email enquiries around this time. Extra deliveries made on Sundays are not guaranteed and usually limited to Express and Premium services.

FREE SHIPPING - Orders £40+

Most Standard Shipping deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard deliveries are always supplied with a tracking number and will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Standard Shipping orders completed and paid before 4pm Monday-Friday are usually processed the same day and despatched with Royal Mail.

Deliveries may take longer during seasonal busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas, or Strike action so please consider this when making your shipping selection.

Large and Heavy items may be sent with DPD, Evri or DHL.

Lighters shipped to Northern Ireland / UK Offshore may ship with alternative courier.

Bigger, delicate and heavier items like glassware will need special protective packaging. These orders may take longer to pack to ensure safe transit so please allow us extra time to prepare these items.

⚠️ Shipping delays are possible at any time. We recommend selecting faster shipping for urgent orders to lower the possibility of any delay. If your order is taking longer than expected please let us know and allow us time to investigate so we can get back to you with a response. Parcels are not classed as lost until declared so by the courier.

Most Express Shipping deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Express deliveries are always supplied with a tracking number and will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days but depending on location, usually arrive the next day. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas, or during Strike action so please consider this when making your shipping selection.

*Offshore islands, NI, Scottish Highlands and remote parts of mainland UK may take 2-3 days. Orders containing lighters shipping to Offshore Islands, NI, Scotland, Scottish Borders, Northeast and Southwest England may need to be shipped with an alternative courier which could take an extra day.

FREE PREMIUM NEXT DAY SHIPPING - Orders £250+

Premium Next Day orders are prioritised, usually sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery and will Require a Signatureon arrival.

Large and bulky items may be sent with an alternative next day courier such as DHL or DPD. All Premium shipments are fully insured and will be supplied with comprehensive tracking information.

Premium Next Day orders confirmed and paid Before 4pm: Monday - Thursday should be guaranteed to arrive the next day. Orders after 4pm orders will likely be shipped the next day.

Premium Next Day orders confirmed and paid Before 4pm on Fridays are guaranteed to arrive Monday (Except Bank Holidays) but are often delivered Saturday or Sunday**

Premium Next Day orders confirmed and paid Before 10am on Saturday are guaranteed to arrive Monday (Except Bank Holidays) but are sometimes delivered or Sunday**

Premium Next Day orders confirmed and paid After 10am on Saturday will be despatched on Monday, guaranteed to arrive Tuesday. (Except Bank Holidays)**

Europe / EU / Worldwide Shipping:

We are not shipping outside the UK.

Regretfully, since 2021, shipping goods outside of the UK has become much more difficult for this industry. Goods including but not limited to Tobacco products, CBD, Vape Liquids, Cannabis Seeds, Lighters and Electrical Equipment have become either restricted, prohibited or subject to additional customs duty so with this extra red tape we now only ship within UK.

While we continue to ship within the UK as normal, customers in EU/Europe that would like to make an order for non-restricted items, please enquire by email to sales@thejuicyjoint.co.uk and if a shipping option is possible, we may be able to provide you with a quotation. Please note international payments are only accepted by bank transfer or by calling the shop to pay with a valid credit / debit card registered to the delivery address.

Delivery Time Aims

Our aim is that every order shipped arrives in the stated time. Confirmed orders must be paid for in full before they can be shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% that any order placed will arrive within the estimated arrival times, but we are confident based on current parcel arrival times that our aims are accurate.

Payment Information:

For delivery orders we accept payment directly by Bank Transfer, Wallid: Pay By Bank and Credit / Debit card by calling the store once you have placed the order. Full instructions are provided during the checkout process.

Please read them carefully, no orders will be shipped before payment is received in full.

Pay by Bank is securely authorised by Wallid.co using open banking and supported by most UK major banks.

Alternatively, payments can be made directly by Bank Transfer to our account.

We also accept Credit or Debit Card payments over the phone made by calling the store.

For store visits, click and collect and store pickups we accept cash payments and credit or debit cards (£3 minimum).

Cards accepted: VISA, Mastercard and American Express

We now offer In-Store Loyalty Club provided by Yotta Pay. Ask for details in-store and download the app for £2 credit then collect £1 for every £20 shop!

Due to certain products sold such as CBD and Seeds we are unable to provide an online debit / credit card payment option at this time.
